New Buildings Vignate ROSSINI RESIDENCE

The new ROSSINI RESIDENCE will be located on Via Gioacchino Rossini at the height of Via Antonio Vivaldi, in a very quiet area and near the railway station of the Milan-Brescia line.

The project involves the construction of a building of ten apartments with high energy efficiency thanks to the following works:

High thermal insulation with EPS panels
High sound insulation (between walls and floors, between inter-storey floors and in technical shafts)
PVC windows with double glazing
Electrically operated roller shutters in insulated aluminium
Heating, cooling and domestic hot water production system centralized in heat pump, with independent management and metering for each accommodation
Radiant panels for underfloor heating and cooling that offers uniform comfort without drafts inside the rooms, does not produce noise, absorbs less energy and almost all the energy required will be fulfilled by the photovoltaic system
Controlled mechanical ventilation system
Dehumidification system
Induction system for cooking
Photovoltaic system on the roof with a power of 36 kWp: 21 kWp will be dedicated to condominium consumption while the remaining 15 kWp WILL BE DEDICATED TO INDIVIDUAL HOMES (1.5 kWp each) which will have the possibility of expanding the power UP TO 4.5 kWp by placing additional panels owned by the company
